WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns on items that are custom cut unless there is an error in design that was agreed upon prior to shipping. If there is a quality flaw please contact us and we will replace the item for you. All sales are final.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
At this time we do not offer gift cards.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Payment options available are all major credit cards, PayPal, and e-transfer from a Canadian bank account only. If you need any other payment method please inquire prior to purchase.
WILL THE DECALS HAVE THE WHITE AS A BACKGROUND WHEN I PUT THEM ON MY CAR WINDOW?
No, these decals are diecut which means that you will peel the backing off and use the transfer tape to put only the colored decals on your window or other smooth surface. If you want a solid background it can be added for an additional fee.
WHY IS THERE NO TRACKING NUMBER FOR PACKAGES?
When shipping from Canada, the only way to have a tracking number is to mail as a parcel. When you mail as a parcel 2 things happen. 1) The shipping cost jumps to $10-$15 per parcel. 2) The decal is subject to customs and duty charges that the buyer has to pay. Bottom line, it’s too expensive! If you want to pay extra for expedited shipping ask for a quote before buying.
DO YOU DO CUSTOMIZED AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS?
Yes I do custom orders. The maximum size I can do currently is 11 1/2 inches by 11 1/2 inches. In certain situations I ca o larger but there has to be a gap where the design can be split. Any decal I have in my shop I can make into any custom size you need, just send me a message and give me the details of the item you are looking to have made and I will let you know if I can do it and how much it will cost. I require 48-96 hours prep time after payment to make the items. It depends on how large the order or how complex the detail.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW BIG A DECAL IS?
All decal sizes are listed on each page. If you want a custom size, please email me. I can make a large decal up to 11 1/2 inches on the longest side. I can possibly make one larger but will have to cut the decal into smaller parts to ship to you. Just message me and I can give you a quote.
DO YOU OFFER PACKAGING OR GIFT WRAPPING?
No, I do not gift wrap items but, if requested, I can and will enclose a gift card if you contact me before I package your item to ship.
